THE CONSULTATION
The consultation can be done by phone or in person. This is when you’ll want to ask any questions you have about senior portraits such as clothing suggestions, the session, pricing, etc. At this time if you choose to go with Infinity Photography for your senior portraits, a non-refundable deposit for your creation fee is required to secure your appointment.

THE SESSION
Depending on what package you choose to go with, your session will last between 1-3 hours at the location of your choice (in and around the Coeur d’ Alene/Spokane area). You’ll want to bring at least 3 different clothing options as well as props, sports gear, sunglasses, hats, etc., to help customize your session to your personality. For girls we suggest having your hair and makeup professionally done for a flawless look.

AFTER THE SESSION
After your session is done, a week later we’ll post a few of our favorite images on our blog as well as Facebook/Myspace for you to share with friends and family. Feel free to use these images on your page, all we ask is that you leave our logo in tact on the photo. Your viewing session will be scheduled for two weeks after your session. Viewings are typically done in the comfort of your home so that your parents can decide what images they want to display where in their home. If an in-home viewing doesn’t work for you and your family it can also be done at a local coffee place nearby.

THE VIEWING
The anticipation is killing you, we know, but the wait is over. We conduct our viewings on a wide-screen laptop using a viewing program that allows you to see images side-by-side for easy comparison. We then will star your favorites and hide the ones you don’t like to make the ordering process not so overwhelming. We do offer online viewing with a $150 non-refundable deposit (applied to your order) or to show out-of-town relatives after you have completed your viewing (images will only remain online for two weeks). At your viewing you can choose from an array of collections, individual prints, fine art canvases, photo gifts, and several personalized senior items to remember your senior year!

ORDERING
Once you’ve placed your order, we require a 50% down deposit to start working on your images (payment arrangements can be made if needed). We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Cash and Checks for your convenience. After your deposit has been made we will begin working on your portraits. All images come fully retouched (removal of pimples, whitening of teeth, and smoothing of flyaways, etc.) Our turnaround time is between 2-3 weeks depending on the items you’ve ordered. When we receive your order back from the lab we’ll contact you to arrange delivery. The remaining balance is due at this time unless your order was paid in full at your viewing. Orders must be picked up before 2 weeks after we’ve informed you your order is finished or additional fees may apply (we’re not responsible for damaged orders not picked up within 2 weeks).

OUR GIFT TO YOU
All of our seniors receive a discounted family session with their order. You’ll be going away to college and your parents are going to want one last family photo before you go. These family sessions are booked during the fall or winter of your senior year. As well as a discounted session you’ll receive 10% off your order.
